Shot on the day we celebrated the life of one of the most nurturing souls I know.

I fondly remember that warm summer afternoon, when you gladly accepted my request for a tour of your tree-filled garden. With a constant smile on your face, you proudly showed off your babies: the many variations of cypress trees, olive trees, bamboo shoots, and aubergines. I had a blast listening to you that day; I have a feeling you had a blast telling me too.
